Although it seems that pregnancy can be obtained easily without any difficulty, in fact there are still many women who cannot get pregnant, generally because of problems such as fallopian tube blockage. What's more, some young women do not have a good grasp of all aspects of pregnancy, and as a result they encounter considerable trouble, especially in terms of pre-pregnancy preparation, which is difficult to do properly. So, what are the must-have tips before pregnancy? 1. Start measuring your basal body temperature from the first day after your last menstrual period ends. The so-called basal body temperature is the temperature you take when you wake up after sleeping for more than 6 hours and do nothing. Record the value every day. 2. You should use ovulation test strips every day from the second day after your period ends, because some people ovulate early, on the third day of their period. If you test too late, you will miss the time. It is better to use the ovulation paper once a day. During the ovulation period, it is better to use it 2-3 times a day. Because the positive result sometimes appears relatively rarely, it must not be missed. 3. About the calculation of ovulation period: for example, if your last menstruation was on September 26th and your menstrual cycle is 30 days, then the time of your next menstruation in October will be October 26th. Use 26-14=12, and the 12th is your ovulation day. The four days before and after the 12th are your ovulation period. 4. After the ovulation period is the safe period. From the perspective of trying to get pregnant, the luteal phase is from the day of ovulation to the next menstruation. Generally, a normal woman's body temperature will remain high for 13-14 days during the luteal phase. If it is not reached, it means that your luteal function is insufficient, affecting pregnancy. Of course, this situation should not exist if the menstrual cycle is very accurate. The high temperature mentioned here does not mean that the body temperature is particularly high, but refers to the body temperature relative to your body temperature before ovulation. 5. About the uterus: It is easy to get pregnant if the uterus is in the anterior position, but it is more troublesome if it is in the posterior position. If it is in the posterior position, you can try the doggy style. If you are not used to it, you can lie on your stomach and put a pillow under your belly and sleep for an hour after ejaculation. If it is in the anterior position and you want to increase the chance of conception, you can sleep on your back with a pillow under your buttocks. 6. Endometrium: The endometrium can be measured during B-ultrasound. Such a test is best done about 5 days after menstruation, because the endometrium is different when measured at different times. If the thickness of the endometrium is between 8-14mm, it is relatively normal. If it is not within this range, less than 8mm, there may be estrogen deficiency, and the relative androgen is too high. This is a hormone imbalance, that is, endocrine disorder, which makes it difficult to get pregnant. On the contrary, too high is also an imbalance. But this is not the only criterion. You can find out more through six pre-pregnancy examinations. |
