Leucorrhea is a discharge from the female vagina. People can use it to understand whether their reproductive organs are healthy, have diseases or inflammations. Normal leucorrhea is colorless and transparent. If other conditions occur, it may be that the reproductive organs have gynecological inflammation. Some women have tofu-like leucorrhea in their genitals, but they don’t know what kind of disease it is or what kind of treatment they need. Let me introduce it to you below. 1. Symptoms of various vaginitis and leucorrhea1. Bacterial vaginosis Symptoms: Increased leucorrhea, which is grayish white, thin and foamy. The vaginal mucosa is congested, with scattered bleeding spots, itchy and burning sensation in the vulva, and a foul odor in the vulva. Hazards: Can cause genital infections, pelvic inflammatory disease, perinephritis, dyspareunia, etc. 2. Trichomonas vaginitis Symptoms: Increased leucorrhea, which is milky white or yellow, sometimes purulent, often foamy and smelly. In severe cases, there is bloody leucorrhea, dysuria, frequent urination, and hematuria. Hazards: It may be complicated by Trichomonas urethritis, cystitis, and pyelonephritis. Since Trichomonas can devour sperm, it may cause infertility and affect sexual life. 3. Fungal vaginitis Symptoms: vulvar itching, vulvar and vaginal burning pain, increased leucorrhea with a tofu-dreg-like appearance, sometimes accompanied by frequent urination, frequent urination, dysuria, and pain during sexual intercourse. During gynecological examination, white membrane-like substance can be seen attached to the inner side of the labia minora and the vaginal mucosa. After wiping, the red and swollen mucosal surface is exposed. In the acute phase, damaged erosive surfaces or superficial ulcers can be seen. Hazards: difficult to cure, prone to recurrence, causing premature birth, fetal infection and malformation, etc. 4. Senile vaginitis Symptoms: Increased leucorrhea, which is yellow and watery. In severe cases, it may be purulent and have a foul odor. Sometimes it may be bloody or accompanied by spotting. There may be itching or burning sensation in the vulva, heaviness in the lower abdomen, and when the urethra is affected, there may be frequent, urgent, and painful urination. Hazards: Cause vaginal adhesions, vaginal pyometra or uterine pyometra.
Symptoms: A feeling of falling and burning in the vagina, accompanied by pelvic discomfort and general fatigue. Vaginal discharge increases and becomes purulent, serous, and has a foul odor. Because the secretions irritate the urethral opening, it can cause frequent urination, urgency, and pain when urinating. Hazards: It can cause vaginal adhesions, vaginal pyometra or intrauterine pyometra, and easily lead to pelvic inflammatory disease, premature rupture of membranes and chorioamnionitis, etc. 2. The thick white sticky substance in women's lower body is related to candidal vaginitis Generally, thick, white and sticky vaginal discharge is mostly considered to be candidal vaginitis, which is manifested by increased vaginal discharge, which is white and sticky, curd-like or tofu-like, and adheres to the inner side of the labia minora and the vaginal mucosa, and is prone to bleeding due to friction. About 50% of patients have a lot of watery or purulent leucorrhea without white flakes. The symptoms are not severe, and only the vulva is wet. In addition, about 10% of women and 30% of pregnant women are carriers of mold but have no clinical symptoms. The following is an introduction to treatment methods. Late-stage symptoms of candidal vaginitis include itching and burning sensation of the vulva and vagina, painful urination, redness and edema around the vulva, and eczematous erosion. Increased vaginal discharge, vaginal burning, increased burning during urination, and even urinary pain and sexual intercourse pain.
1. Eliminate the causes: First, find the causes that lead to fungal vaginitis, especially the lack of hygiene and cleaning. Therefore, pay attention to changing underwear frequently, and use underwear, basins and towels should be washed with boiling water. 2. Local medication: Local medication mainly involves flushing the vagina with targeted washes to change the vaginal acidity and alkalinity, creating conditions that are not conducive to the growth of Candida albicans. 3. Systemic medication: Oral and topical medication can more effectively eliminate inflammation. If necessary, intravenous infusion can also be used to eliminate inflammation. 4. Treat other diseases at the same time: The occurrence of candidal vaginitis may be accompanied by other infectious diseases. Therefore, if it is found that a woman is also infected with other inflammatory diseases, comprehensive treatment should be considered to avoid the situation where some diseases are not completely eliminated and then the infection is recurring. |
