1. Zhongwan acupoint

It is the most secret and crucial acupoint in human life and the longevity acupoint in the human body. Shenque is a yang point on the Ren meridian.

3. Guanyuan Point

Guanyuan acupoint is located three inches below the navel. It has the function of nourishing the vital energy and strengthening the foundation, as well as replenishing the lower part of the body. It can be used whenever there is a loss of vital energy. It is mostly used clinically for diseases of the urinary and reproductive systems.

4. Uterine Point

Uterus point is the name of an extrameridian point, which appears in the "Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion". It was originally said to be "two inches on both sides of Zhongji". Now, according to "Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion", it is located in the lower abdomen, 4 inches below the navel and 3 inches away from Zhongji.

5. Guilai Point

One of the acupuncture points in traditional Chinese medicine, belonging to the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming. In the lower abdomen, 4 inches below the umbilicus and 2 inches lateral to the anterior midline. Abdominal pain, hernia, irregular menstruation, leucorrhea, and prolapse of the genitals.

6. Baliao Point

Also known as Shangliao, Ciliao, Zhongliao and Xialiao, there are eight acupoints on the left and right, located in the first, second, third and fourth posterior sacral foramina, collectively known as the "eight acupoints". The Eight Liao are eight acupoints: Shang Liao, Ci Liao, Zhong Liao and Xia Liao, each in a pair, so they are called "Eight Liao".

7. Zusanli

Zusanli acupoint is one of the main acupoints of "Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming". It is located on the outer side of the calf, 3 inches below Dubi, on the line connecting Dubi and Jiexi, with the lateral sural cutaneous nerve distributed in the superficial layer. The deep layer contains branches or tributaries of the anterior tibial artery and vein. It is mainly used to treat gastrointestinal diseases, paralysis of the lower limbs, mental illness, surgical diseases, and symptoms of consumptive disease. The operation method is to pierce vertically 1~2 inches.

8. Sanyinjiao

Sanyinjiao is one of the commonly used acupoints of the Taiyin spleen of the foot. It is the meeting point of the three yin meridians of the foot (liver, spleen, and kidney) and comes from the "Acupuncture and Moxibustion Jia Yi Jing". Sanyinjiao is located on the inner side of the calf, 3 inches above the tip of the inner ankle and behind the inner edge of the tibia. Regularly tapping this point can regulate and replenish the Qi and blood of the liver, spleen, and kidney meridians, and is effective in treating endocrine disorders and preventing and treating modern civilization diseases (hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, etc.). Insert the needle vertically 1 to 1.5 inches.
