Pregnant women should not do jobs

1. Heavy physical labor. Heavy physical labor consumes a lot of calories, increases the heart's blood output, increases the burden on pregnant women, affects the growth and development of the fetus, and even causes miscarriage or premature birth.

2. Work that requires frequent bending, squatting or climbing. Squatting or bending over for a long time will compress the abdomen, affect fetal development, and cause miscarriage or premature birth.

3. Working at height or in a dangerous environment. It is not advisable to participate in operations that involve the risk of falling, operations that require a height of more than 2 meters from the ground, or other operations that involve the risk of accidents.

4. Work involving contact with toxic chemicals or radioactive substances. Toxic chemical substances and radioactive substances are teratogenic and carcinogenic, seriously endangering the health of mother and child.

5. Work involving high temperature, vibration and excessive noise. A working environment with too high temperature, severe vibration, or excessive noise can have an adverse effect on the growth and development of the fetus.

6. Work involving exposure to electromagnetic radiation. Electromagnetic radiation can seriously harm the fetus and even cause malformations, congenital idiocy and stillbirth.

7. Medical workers. Rubella virus, influenza virus, cytomegalovirus, etc. can cause serious harm to the fetus. It is necessary to strengthen self-care and strictly prevent viral harm.

During pregnancy, pregnant women will experience significant physiological changes, especially in the late stages of pregnancy, when they will gain weight, their abdomen will become larger, their hands and feet will become swollen, and their movements will become more inconvenient.
