4. Changes in skin color: Skin pigmentation or stretch marks may occur on the abdominal wall, especially in the later stages of pregnancy.

5. Vaginal mucosal discoloration: In the early stages of pregnancy, the vaginal mucosa may become darker in color due to congestion. This will be determined by your doctor.

6. Easy to get tired: You may get tired easily in the early stages of pregnancy and often feel sleepy.

7. Frequent urination: In the third month of pregnancy, the bladder is compressed by the growing uterus, causing the bladder capacity to decrease, resulting in frequent urination.

Dietary precautions for women during pregnancy

After a normal pregnancy, due to physiological needs, women should eat high-protein, multi-vitamin, multi-fiber and low-salt foods, and avoid high-fat and overly salty foods; they should eat easily digestible rich and juicy foods, and avoid raw, cold or cold foods; they should eat fresh fruits and vegetables, and avoid spicy, fishy, ​​greasy and sticky foods, or fried and hot foods that help fire and damage yin; they should avoid tobacco and alcohol, especially strong liquor.
