4. Massage method :

Press the acupoint with the tip of your thumb or index finger, release after 5 seconds, and then press again. Repeat this 10 times as one time. Do it 6-7 times a day. Massage is best done while bathing.

5. Qi-regulating and chest-strengthening exercises :

(3) Massage in circles around the breasts from the inside out

(4) Finally, massage from bottom to top to the neck

Precautions
