How to treat mild cervical inflammation?

Some women in life do not have a particularly good understanding of cervicitis. After suffering from cervicitis, they are not only sad, but most people have no way to deal with the disease. Treatment of cervicitis

1. Physical therapy

(1) Electric ironing: This method is simpler.

(2) Cryotherapy uses refrigerants to quickly produce ultra-low temperatures, causing the inflamed tissue to freeze, necrotize, degenerate and fall off, and the wound surface is repaired through tissue repair to achieve the purpose of curing the disease.

(3) Laser treatment uses CO2 laser to carbonize the inflamed tissue and form a scab. After the scab falls off, the wound surface is covered by new epithelium.

(4) Microwave therapy Microwave is a new type of physical therapy. When the microwave electrode touches the local diseased tissue, it instantly generates high heat in a very small area and achieves the purpose of coagulation.

(5) Bohm lamp treatment Bohm lamp therapy device is a new device for treating cervical inflammation. Antibiotics are used for 10 days after the operation, bathing in a tub is prohibited for 2 weeks, and sexual intercourse is prohibited for 1 month. Follow-up examination 1 to 2 months after surgery.

(6) Infrared coagulation is a method of using infrared radiation to cause local tissue to coagulate, necrotize, and fall off, forming a non-inflammatory superficial ulcer. After the granulation tissue grows, it is eventually covered by new squamous epithelium and healed. This method has few side effects, less vaginal discharge after surgery, and the crust is thin and falls off quickly.

2. Drug treatment

(1) Vaginal irrigation: 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution can be used to rinse the vagina before applying the medicine.

(2) Local medication ① After vaginal douching, 10% to 20% silver nitrate can be applied locally with a cotton swab. Apply the medication once a week, 2 to 4 times per course of treatment. After applying the medication, gently wipe the local area with a cotton ball containing physiological saline. This method is simple and suitable for grassroots units. ② Potassium dichromate solution: This medicine has bactericidal and anti-edema effects. This method is simple, the drug solution is easy to prepare, the dosage is small, the side effects are few, and it is easy to carry. It is suitable for grassroots units or after a census. ③Dilusulin suppository: After washing the vulva every other night, insert 1 suppository deep into the vagina. A total of 12 times of application constitutes a course of treatment. After the application of the medicine, check again after menstruation.
