From the 5th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take dydrogesterone orally 2-3 times a day, 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) each time.

Functional bleeding

Dosage for hemostasis

Take 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) orally twice a day for 5-7 days.

Dosage for prevention of bleeding

From the 11th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) orally twice a day.

amenorrhea

Take estradiol once daily from days 1 to 25 of the menstrual cycle. From the 11th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, use dydrogesterone in combination, 1 tablet (10 mg as dydrogesterone) twice a day.

Premenstrual syndrome

From the 11th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take dydrogesterone orally twice a day, 1 tablet each time (10 mg as dydrogesterone).

Irregular menstruation

From the 11th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take dydrogesterone orally twice a day, 1 tablet each time (10 mg as dydrogesterone).

Threatened abortion

The initial dose is 4 tablets of dydrogesterone (40 mg as dydrogesterone) taken orally once, followed by 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) every 8 hours until the symptoms disappear.

Habitual abortion

Take dydrogesterone orally twice a day, 1 tablet each time (10 mg as dydrogesterone), until the 20th week of pregnancy.

Infertility due to endogenous progesterone deficiency

From the 14th to the 25th day of the menstrual cycle, take 1 tablet of dydrogesterone (10 mg as dydrogesterone) orally daily. Treatment should last at least 6 consecutive cycles. It is recommended to continue this method of treatment in the first few months of pregnancy. The dosage should refer to the dosage for treatment of habitual abortion or follow the doctor's advice.
