Caesarean section ligation is cut or

Everyone should know that sterilization is a permanent method of contraception. But in daily life, many women are afraid of the inconvenience of sterilization surgery, so they do sterilization surgery after cesarean section. However, many people are not clear about the pros and cons. So what about sterilization surgery during cesarean section? Does sterilization surgery during cesarean section involve cutting or something else?

Is ligation surgery done during cesarean section to cut off the ligation or something else?

Sterilization can be performed during a caesarean section, but it must be performed with the consent of both husband and wife and under specified circumstances. The most common method of ligation surgery is to disconnect both fallopian tubes and then perform a split ligation. The bilateral fallopian tubes are safe channels for transporting sperm and eggs. After the bilateral fallopian tubes are disconnected, the safe channel is cut off, thus achieving the actual effect of contraceptive measures. However, all contraceptive methods are not 100% effective. After a vasectomy, there is a very small number of patients who may experience recurrence. In addition, once a ligation operation has been performed, it would be inconvenient to restore fertility later, and a fallopian tube recanalization operation would be required. Therefore, a ligation operation should be carefully considered.

Scope of application

There are two applicable scopes for sterilization surgery; first, if the woman is married and already has children, and the couple voluntarily applies for sterilization; second, if the woman has severe heart disease, heart failure, chronic kidney disease with poor liver and kidney function and some genetic diseases and is not suitable for pregnancy, she can also undergo this surgery to achieve the effect of infertility.

Its contraindications are as follows: first, it cannot be performed on patients with abdominal skin infection or sexual organ infection; second, the body is very weak and cannot withstand the operation, for example, postpartum hemorrhage, shock, heart failure, etc.; third, it cannot be performed on patients whose body temperature is above 37.5 degrees for two times within 24 hours; fourth, it is not suitable for operation during pregnancy; fifth, the operation should be postponed for patients with serious mental illness.
