Girls always want to go to the toilet

Girls always want to go to the toilet, which is a symptom of frequent urination. There are many reasons for frequent urination. If it is caused by excessive water intake, it is a normal phenomenon. There is no need to worry too much. Just make sure to drink enough water. But there are also some diseases that can cause frequent urination symptoms, such as gynecological or urinary system diseases, acute and chronic infections of the urogenital system, urinary retention, bladder tumors, etc.

1. Gynecological or urinary system diseases:

A gynecological or urological specialist examination is required to check whether there are any malformations of the external urethral opening, such as the hymenal umbrella, urethral caruncle, or even urethral cancer.

2. Acute and chronic infections of the urinary and reproductive systems:

Such as tuberculosis, bacterial or fungal infections. Routine urinary system ultrasound or laboratory tests including urine and secretion smears can usually confirm the diagnosis. Many women's urinary tract infections are caused by inflammation of the reproductive system. In this case, the urinary system is the affected organ and should be treated for the primary disease, such as vaginitis. Patients with long-term frequent urination should also consider invasive examinations such as cystoscopy or urodynamics, which can detect lesions that are difficult to detect with ordinary ultrasound examinations, such as leukoplakia of the bladder mucosa, glandular cystitis, overactive bladder, interstitial cystitis, etc.

3. Pay attention to whether the frequent urination of young and middle-aged women is related to sexual life:

Sexual intercourse can easily induce infection due to retrograde bacteria. In this case, in addition to both parties maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, a very important method is to urinate immediately after sexual intercourse, using urine to flush out the bacteria and reduce the chance of urethral bladder infection.

4. Bladder function problems:

The most typical one is overactive bladder, the essence of which is that various primitive substances make the bladder in an irritated state. When encountering stimulation, it will produce uncontrollable urination and the need to urinate immediately.

5. Mental factors:

Frequent urination in a considerable number of women is caused by mental factors. A typical manifestation is that they do not feel frequent urination when their attention is distracted, but they feel frequent urination before going to bed or when they are nervous. It is more common in women who are in menopause and requires further behavioral or psychological treatment.

6. Urinary retention:

Elderly women who have frequent urination should pay attention to whether they also have difficulty urinating. If dysuria is present, further examination is needed to exclude urinary retention caused by lower urinary tract obstruction.

7. Bladder Tumors:

A small number of bladder tumors have frequent urination as the main symptom. As the bladder tumor develops in the bladder stroma, the bladder wall becomes stiff and the effective capacity is reduced, causing frequent urination. Older women should pay attention to screening.
