Pathological examination shows incomplete keratinization, wart-like hyperplasia, etc.

3. Verrucous skin tuberculosis

It often occurs on the hands, feet, arms, and limbs, and manifests as patches of wart-like hyperplasia with an atrophic scar in the center and often inflammatory erythema around it.

4. Acrokeratosis verrucosa

It often occurs on the back of the hands and feet, and manifests as millet-sized to soybean-sized wart-like papules that are hard and keratinized. Pathological examination: hyperkeratosis, verrucous hyperplasia.

5. Seborrheic keratosis

It is common on the face, limbs, and trunk, and is mainly manifested as brown warts with clear edges and sebaceous scales. Pathological examination: hyperkeratosis, verrucous hyperplasia.

6. Actinic keratosis

It is common in exposed areas such as the face, ears, back of hands, and neck, and is mainly manifested as raised, hard, dry, and keratinous scabs.

7. Sebaceous nevus

It is common on the scalp and face, and is mainly manifested as wart-like protrusions with clear edges, enlarged sebaceous gland openings on the surface, and no hair.
