What is an ovarian cyst?

Ovarian cyst is a very common disease in daily life. It not only causes great harm to the patient's physical health, but also seriously affects their normal life and work. Therefore, it is particularly important to understand relevant knowledge and find scientific and effective treatment methods. When people find relevant symptoms, they need to seek medical treatment in time and choose appropriate treatment methods according to their actual situation.

1 Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence of ovarian cysts is mainly due to weak internal organs, strain of qi and blood, excessive emotions, invasion of wind, cold and dampness, blood stasis during menstruation and childbirth, which leads to weak kidney yang, stagnation of qi due to cold, dysfunction of yin fluid distribution, phlegm and blood stasis, or retention of phlegm and fluid with qi stagnation, or numbness, with the yang qi declining day by day, the yin stagnation and intransformation, and the cyst increasing day by day. Traditional Chinese medicine follows the principle of treating the disease at its root, with the treatment ideas of soothing the liver and regulating qi, strengthening the body's root causes, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, softening and dispersing nodules, and clearing away heat and detoxifying. Since Qi and blood are the material basis of the body, and the Zang-Fu organs are the source of the production and metabolism of Qi and blood, they are responsible for the generation, control and circulation of Qi and blood. Cyst-Fu-Fang-Shantie can achieve the purpose of regulating the balance of Qi and blood, comprehensively regulating the endocrine system and thus treating ovarian cysts.

2. Traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating ovarian cysts:

12 grams of seaweed, 10 grams of white mustard seeds, 10 grams of Trillium, 20 grams of Coix seeds, 10 grams of peach kernels, 20 grams of Prunella Vulgaris, 6 grams of Arisaema, and 12 grams of red peony root.

Function: Regulating Qi and relieving stagnation, promoting blood circulation and removing phlegm, resolving blood stasis and dispersing nodules, softening hard masses and reducing swelling.

Indications: Suitable for various cysts, especially ovarian cysts. It also has certain effects on uterine fibroids, teratomas, liver and kidney cysts.

3 Usage: decoction in water, the medicine liquid is 600 ml, each serving is 300 ml, twice a day, 10 days is a course of treatment, and ultrasound is performed once every 1-2 courses of treatment. If there is efficacy, the medicine can be taken until the tumor disappears. If the tumor continues to grow after three courses of medication, it is considered ineffective and a CT scan can be done to further clarify the diagnosis and provide additional treatment.

4 It may be due to long-term dietary structure, bad living habits, excessive psychological pressure and other factors that cause excessive acidification of the body, a decline in the overall function of the human body, causing kidney deficiency, ovarian diseases and endocrine disorders, and a decline in immune function, which in turn develops into abnormal proliferation of ovarian tissue and eventually leads to ovarian cysts. Generally speaking, if the cyst diameter is less than 5 cm and there is no evidence to suggest a tumor, it is mostly a functional cyst. You can use the Cyst-Zhongfufang-Shantie and follow up closely, that is, check once every 2-3 months, and then adjust the inspection interval according to the situation. If the cyst diameter is larger than 5 cm, it is mostly an ovarian tumor, which generally requires surgical treatment. I wish you good health.
