What is breast effusion?

Breast effusion is a very common disease in daily life, but generally speaking, this situation will not occur except after surgery. This disease will not only cause great harm to the patient's physical health, but also seriously affect their normal life and work. Therefore, it is particularly important to understand relevant knowledge and find scientific and effective treatment methods. It may be caused by inflammation and requires prompt medical treatment.

1. What is breast effusion?

Generally speaking, there will be no fluid accumulation in the breast except after surgery. Breast discharge and cysts may occur. The causes are duct dilatation, increased prolactin, and intraductal papilloma. It is recommended to go to the hospital for a breast color ultrasound examination, breast mammography and ductoscopy. Treatment options include oral bromocriptine or surgical removal of the leaking catheter.

It is considered that there is inflammation in the breast tissue, which leads to the accumulation of fluid. It is recommended to do a needle aspiration test. If it is caused by simple inflammation, it is recommended to use anti-inflammatory drugs for treatment.

2. The main symptoms of breast lumps

If you find single or multiple lumps on one or both sides of the breast, this is considered breast hyperplasia.

Breast lumps are more common on the outer and upper part of the breast, and appear in the form of flakes, nodules, granules or cords. Flakes are more common, with unclear boundaries, medium or slightly hard, movable and without adhesion to surrounding tissues. They may be tender, and the sizes of the lumps may vary, with the smallest ones being as small as grains of sand.

Breast lumps increase in size before menstruation and decrease in size and soften after menstruation. Don't worry if you have breast lumps, just take preventive and therapeutic measures.

3. Things to note when you have a lump in your breast

1. Pay attention to diet:

Change your diet to prevent obesity. Eat less fried foods, animal fats, sweets and excessive tonic foods. Eat more vegetables and fruits, and more whole grains. Black soybeans are the best, eat more walnuts, black sesame seeds, black fungus, and mushrooms.

2. Keep a good attitude:

Due to the lack of correct understanding of this disease, negative psychological factors such as excessive tension, stimulation, worry and sadness will cause neurasthenia, aggravate endocrine disorders and promote the aggravation of hyperplasia. Therefore, when related problems arise, your attitude is crucial.

3. Live a regular life:

Live a regular life, combine work and rest, and maintain a harmonious sex life. It can regulate endocrine disorders, and maintaining smooth bowel movements will relieve breast pain and play a certain role in the prevention of breast hyperplasia.
