3. Underwear should be soft, made of cotton, and have good ventilation and breathability. It should be washed and changed frequently, and the changed underwear should be dried in the sun.

4. Avoid eating raw, cold, spicy or other irritating foods. Drink more water to keep your bowel movements smooth. Avoid eating fried foods, onions, garlic, leeks, ginger and other foods that stimulate fire.

5. Don't wear tight clothes. Tight pants will put pressure on local capillaries, affect blood circulation, and cause congestion and edema in the genitals.

6. Women should not consume any Chinese herbal supplements during their menstrual period, because too much nourishing stews will affect the contraction of the uterus, making it difficult to discharge menstrual blood.
