The menstrual recovery period refers to the period after the onset of menstruation, when the secretion of estrogen, progesterone and antidiuretic hormone in the body decreases, the milk ducts become smaller, the epithelial cells atrophy, the immature breast fibers decrease, and the symptoms of breast tenderness disappear.

It can be said that breast pain indicates that menstruation is about to come, but after menstruation is over, the symptoms of breast pain will gradually ease or disappear.
