After staying up late, you should improve your diet and eat more foods rich in vitamin B, because foods containing vitamin B can relieve fatigue, protect the liver from detoxification, and have a refreshing effect. Otherwise, you will definitely get acne the next day. Other detoxifying foods include vegetables such as cucumber, fungus, carrot, white radish, bitter gourd, kelp, mushroom, yam, lotus root, mung bean, oatmeal, millet, brown rice, red bean, honey and sweet potato. Like fish soup, bone soup, chicken soup, red dates and black chicken soup can nourish the skin. After staying up late, the human metabolism will slow down and cannot absorb skin care products.
