Pictures of Montessori nodules in early pregnancy

After a woman becomes pregnant, especially when the sperm and egg combine to form a stable embryo and grow into a perfect fetus, the pregnant woman's body hormones will undergo significant changes. This is also one of the key indicators of changes in the endocrine system. At this time, the pregnant woman's skin will also show some clinical symptoms. So, how long does it take for Montessori nodes to appear in early pregnancy?

Generally speaking, starting from the 8th week of pregnancy, the secretion of estrogen and progesterone in the pregnant woman's body increases, and the proliferation of mammary alveoli and lobules will cause the breast to gradually enlarge. When examination shows that the color of the breast and surrounding skin (nipple) becomes darker, small lumps begin to appear around the nipple. These are Montessori nodes.

Monteggia tubercles are located around the nipple and are formed by protrusions at the junction of Monteggia glands. The specific manifestation is the protrusion of sebaceous glands in the nipple area, which looks like small particles. It will slowly subside as the body's female hormones recover after childbirth or abortion. In addition, pregnant women’s breasts may also swell, swell, ache, or tingle. These are all normal conditions during pregnancy, and pregnant women do not need to worry too much.

The breasts begin to expand in the early stages of pregnancy, with obvious hematomas. Pregnant women will experience spontaneous breast swelling or occasional tingling, and superficial veins will be clearly visible. Bronchial hyperplasia makes the breasts hard, the nipples darken and enlarge, and they become easily erect. During pregnancy, the fetus secretes a lot of estrogen, which stimulates the growth of mammary glands. At the same time, the growth and development of the mammary gland involves the interaction of pituitary prolactin, fetal prolactin, insulin glargine, aldosterone and thyroxine, resulting in the above situation.

The breasts begin to expand in the early stages of pregnancy and the hematoma is obvious. Pregnant women may experience spontaneous breast swelling or occasional tingling, with superficial veins clearly visible. Alveolar hyperplasia makes the breasts harder and tougher, and the nipples become enlarged and darker, and easier to harden. The areola becomes dark, and the sebaceous glands outside the nipple become thickened, producing scattered small lump-like protrusions called Monteggia tubercles. During pregnancy, the fetus secretes a lot of estrogen to stimulate the growth of mammary glands, and secretes a lot of estrogen to stimulate the growth of mammary gland alveoli. Healthy breast growth and development also requires the participation of pituitary lactogenic hormone, embryonic lactogen, and its glargine insulin, aldosterone, thyroid hormone, etc. It is known that there is pituitary lactogenic growth hormone protein kinase in the mammary gland cytoplasm, and estrogen receptor and estrogen protein kinase in the cell nucleus. Although there are a lot of various hormones involved in mammary gland development during pregnancy to prepare for milk secretion, there is no milk secretion during pregnancy, which is related to the large amount of estrogen and other hormones that inhibit milk secretion. In the late pregnancy, especially when squeezing the breasts close to delivery, a few drops of a thin yellow liquid called colostrum may be secreted. People declare that milk secretion must be after delivery.
