What to do if nipples don't stick out

What to do if nipples don't stick out

The nipple does not protrude, which is actually what we call inverted nipple. This situation is not uncommon among women, and it will have a certain impact on women's breast health and some breastfeeding problems. Therefore, you need to understand effective coping and solutions, such as manual traction, suction therapy, and conservative treatment in life.

1. Manual traction: Adolescence is an important period for breast development and also an important period for correcting inverted nipples. Regularly pulling the nipples can make the breasts protrude, increase the supporting strength of the surrounding skin, and play a "shaping" role. Several times a day. Over time, the nipples will naturally bulge outward. If you can't pull it out, push the skin of the breast near the nipple outwards first.

2. Suction therapy: After pregnancy, use a breast pump to suck the nipple several times a day, using the negative pressure to cause the nipple to bulge.

3. Nipple correctors are used to treat flat or inverted nipples.

4. Mild primary nipple inversion can be treated conservatively, such as using nipple negative pressure suction and manual traction. If the nipple cannot be pulled out manually, surgical treatment is required. Inverted nipples can be corrected through plastic surgery or with a nipple correction device.

5. Nipples are very important sexual sensitive points for women. The sexual desire of many women is achieved through nipple stimulation. Once the nipples are sunken, it is difficult to exert effective sexual stimulation and may even affect the male's sexual desire.

6. Reasons

1. Women’s clothes are too tight. During the period of breast development, if women wear underwear that is too tight, the clothes will put pressure on the nipples, which can easily cause nipples to retract.

2. Improper use of bras, if the bras are worn too tight. Or if you try on a bra too early when your breasts are not fully developed, it can also cause nipple retraction.

3. Inverted nipples are also related to genetics. Medical research shows that women with inverted nipples are more likely to pass the condition on to the next generation.
