What are the symptoms of the first month of pregnancy?

As we all know, vomiting, nausea, drowsiness, lack of energy, changes in diet, and an enlarged belly are all symptoms of pregnancy in women. But in fact, due to the different pregnancy time or the different physical conditions of each pregnant woman, there will be different reactions during the pregnancy process. So what will happen if you are one month pregnant? This article will introduce the reactions and precautions that women will experience when they are one month pregnant.

What happens during the first month of pregnancy?

1. Easy to get tired: In the early stages of pregnancy, many women feel tired, have no energy, and want to sleep.

2. Changes in appetite: Some women begin to experience changes in appetite shortly after their menstrual period (1-2 weeks). The things that I used to love to eat, I no longer like them now. If you eat something once, you won’t like it the second time. Some people hardly want to eat or even feel like vomiting, while others crave something sour. Usually after half a month to a month, these symptoms will disappear naturally.

3. Breast changes: After pregnancy, under the joint stimulation of estrogen and progesterone, at the beginning of pregnancy, the breasts gradually grow larger, the color of the nipple and areola deepens, and dark brown nodules appear around the nipple. After 12 weeks, a small amount of clear milk will be secreted.

4. Amenorrhea: This is the most common sign of pregnancy that people notice. As long as a woman is of childbearing age and has normal menstruation, she may be pregnant if she has intercourse for more than two weeks after the normal menstrual period. But it does not mean that you are pregnant if your menstruation is not here. There are many reasons for your menstruation not to come, such as poor ovulation function, abnormal hormone secretion, busy work, serious exams and so on.

Try to use computers, mobile phones and especially microwave ovens as little as possible. Pregnant women should not sleep with electric blankets when the heating is just turned off, because it can generate electromagnetic fields and is harmful to pregnant women and fetuses.

(4) Avoid drinking strong tea, strong coffee and cola-type drinks. The most ideal drink for pregnant women is boiled water.
