How to treat bad leucorrhea

As we all know, leucorrhea is one of the physical symptoms unique to women. Normally, women's leucorrhea is milky white or transparent, and has a fishy smell. However, many women have varying degrees of leucorrhea problems. Common leucorrhea abnormalities include: abnormal yellow leucorrhea color or increased leucorrhea. Generally, it is caused by gynecological diseases. This article will explain how to regulate abnormal leucorrhea.

It is said that women are like beautiful roses, but the beauty of roses needs careful care, otherwise various diseases will cause the roses to wither and decay. Special attention should also be paid to whether tiny "pests" are the culprit of the disease. Knowing these can help you prevent "pests" from getting to you! Abnormal vaginal discharge can be serious or minor, but you should be careful to prevent it, otherwise it will develop into a serious illness.

Leucorrhea is a "dampness" disease, which is generally divided into the following 4 types. The first 3 types are usually non-inflammatory infections:

1. Spleen deficiency type leucorrhea is heavy, white or light yellow in color, sticky in texture, and odorless. This type of patient is often a young woman, who often has symptoms such as pale complexion, cold hands and feet, lack of energy, and premenstrual edema. They need to get more rest and avoid ice and cold food to avoid damaging the yang energy of the spleen and stomach. They need to take Chinese medicine to cure the disease.

2. In the case of Kidney Yang Deficiency , the amount of leucorrhea is large and thin, like egg white or water. There are often symptoms such as lower back pain, abdominal chills, low immunity and susceptibility to colds, and frequent urination at night. Most patients are middle-aged or elderly women. Because this type of patient has a lot of coldness in their body, their symptoms will worsen if they eat cold foods. Therefore, they should eat less cold foods such as white radish and cabbage.

3. Kidney Yin deficiency type: leucorrhea is heavy, yellow or red in color, sticky in texture, and there is a burning sensation in the genitals. This type of patients often have symptoms of hot face, insomnia, and nightmares at night. Most of them are women who are under great work pressure, often stay up late, or overeat. You should avoid staying up late and strive to have a balanced diet. You can eat more foods that nourish yin and moisten dryness, such as black and white fungus, beef tendon, pig trotter tendon, okra, seaweed, mulberries, cranberries, apples, tomatoes, etc.

4. The damp-toxic type is usually an inflammatory infection, mostly caused by fungi and vaginal trichomoniasis. The leucorrhea is yellow in color, sticky and smelly, and may also appear as white residue. Patients often have short, dark urine, thick tongue coating, and are prone to infection due to unclean genitals. In addition to maintaining hygiene, you should also pay more attention to expressing your emotions to avoid liver qi stagnation, which combines with moisture in the body to cause abnormal leucorrhea.
