How to do a good job of pelvic recovery after childbirth

How to do a good job of pelvic recovery after childbirth

After ten months of pregnancy, women not only need to recover in many aspects of their bodies, but we should also be prepared for pelvic closure before delivery. Not to mention after delivery. The pelvis of women after delivery has more or less been damaged, becoming loose and weak. For young and beautiful mothers, this is unacceptable in any way. Pelvic recovery is not only good for our figure, but also for the recovery of our uterus and gynecological diseases.

Pelvic recovery after vaginal delivery

1. Stand with your legs slightly apart, contract the buttocks muscles on both sides to clamp them together, bring the thighs together, turn the knees outward, and then contract the sphincter to move the vagina upward. After patient training, you can learn to distinguish the contraction and relaxation of the vaginal and anal sphincters, improve the relaxation of the vagina, and enhance the vagina's clamping function.

2. Lie on your back with your buttocks on the edge of the bed. Straighten your legs and stretch them out in the air, but don't touch the ground. Hold the edge of the bed with both hands to prevent you from sliding off. Close your legs and slowly lift them up, bringing them closer to your upper body and straightening your knees. When your legs are raised above your torso, hold your legs with both hands and bring them against your abdomen, keeping your knees straight. Then, slowly lower your legs to their original position. Repeat this six times, once a day, all year round.

Pelvic recovery after cesarean section

1. Whether it is a natural birth or a caesarean section, the mother's pelvis will become larger after delivery. This is what expectant mothers often refer to as a big butt after childbirth. To change the big buttocks after childbirth and prevent various adverse symptoms caused by pelvic relaxation, expectant mothers should prepare a pelvic belt for themselves before giving birth. There has long been a misunderstanding that many expectant mothers believe that a caesarean section can help them maintain their figure better and prevent a big butt after childbirth. In fact, this is wrong.

2. Mothers who have undergone caesarean section always tend to think that their pelvis is less likely to have problems. In fact, the pelvis after caesarean section is also open and relaxed. Therefore, mothers who have caesarean sections, like mothers who give birth naturally, must use a pelvic belt to tighten the pelvis in time after delivery.

3. If possible, it is ideal to tighten the pelvis within 2 months. Because it takes 2 months for the ligament to return to its original hardness. However, when you feel that there is not much difference between lacing and not lacing, there is no need to force lacing and make people feel annoyed. Some mothers continue to use it until six months after giving birth, and the results are very good. It’s up to you, mom, to decide based on your own experience.
