When does a woman reach menopause?

Female menopause itself is a normal physiological condition of the human body. Menopause means that a woman has lost her reproductive ability, mainly due to the exhaustion of follicles in her ovaries. Normal women usually go through menopause around the age of 50 and then enter menopause. If you enter menopause early, you must go to a regular hospital for treatment.

menopause

Menopause in women refers to the decline of ovarian function and the cessation of menstruation. Menopause can be divided into natural menopause and artificial menopause. Natural menopause refers to menopause caused by the physiological exhaustion of ovarian follicles. Artificial menopause refers to surgical removal of both ovaries or other methods of stopping ovarian function, such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Removal of the hyster alone while retaining one or both ovaries is not considered artificial menopause. The perimenopausal syndrome or menopausal syndrome is a group of syndromes characterized by autonomic nervous system dysfunction and neuropsychological symptoms caused by fluctuations or decreases in sex hormones before and after menopause in women.

1. Natural menopause

It means that the ovarian follicles are exhausted, or the remaining follicles lose their response to gonadotropin. The follicles no longer develop and secrete estrogen, and cannot stimulate the growth of the endometrium, leading to menopause.

2. Artificial menopause

It refers to surgical removal of both ovaries or other methods to stop ovarian function.

Clinical manifestations

Menopause represents the decline of ovarian function, depletion of estrogen secretion, cessation of menstruation, and termination of reproductive function. It is generally divided into three stages: premenopause, menopause and postmenopause. Menopause is calculated based on the time of a woman's last menstrual period. Most women go through menopause naturally between the ages of 45 and 55.

The sudden and obvious lack of estrogen after menopause can cause some discomfort, and some people may experience it before menopause. It is often manifested by changes in mood and emotions, irritability, excitability, insomnia, anxiety, inner uneasiness, depression, paroxysmal facial flushing, hot flashes, sweating, dry and itchy skin, sometimes a crawling feeling on the skin, loss of skin elasticity, increased wrinkles, gradual muscle relaxation, occasional pain, fatigue or weakness, headache, dizziness and unstable blood pressure, etc. These symptoms are called menopausal syndrome.

Female menopausal age

Generally speaking, there is no fixed age for female menopause. The age of female menopause is closely related to personal physical fitness, nutritional status, physical health, genetics, etc. Under normal circumstances, women's menopause occurs around the age of 50. Women with better living conditions may experience menopause relatively later. Of course, in rural areas with poor living conditions, women's menopause will also be advanced. Furthermore, there are some women in life who experience premature menopause due to excessive stress or other physical conditions. These are all abnormal manifestations.

For female friends, delaying menopause is the best way to prevent aging and maintain youthful vitality. Therefore, daily health care is very important for women.

First of all, we must maintain a good attitude. When people are under too much stress, their menstrual period will be delayed, menstruation will become irregular, and the menstrual flow will decrease accordingly. These are all abnormal manifestations. For women, if they can maintain a balanced mentality, pay attention to less anger, and less immersion in their own troubles, they can naturally delay the onset of menopause. The saying "A smile makes you ten years younger, while a worry makes your hair gray" is actually true.

Secondly, good work and rest habits are also very important. Modern women not only have to bear the responsibility of raising children and taking care of the family, but many women also have their own careers. So you can imagine how great the pressure is. In such circumstances, women may lose their time to rest, which will cause endocrine disorders and premature ovarian failure, all of which will advance women's menopause. Therefore, women must pay attention to getting more rest every day, especially avoid staying up late, and pay attention to relieving stress.
