In cases of long-term cervical strain or bone hyperplasia, when the protrusion compresses the spinal cord or nerves, clinical symptoms will appear.

If a pregnant woman suffers from cervical spondylosis, she needs to go to the hospital for treatment to find out what type of cervical spondylosis she has. Cervical spondylosis is divided into four types: radiculopathy, sympathetic, vertebral artery and spinal cord. Different types present different symptoms. You need to do neck exercises every 1 hour to relax your neck muscles, reduce soreness and swelling, and promote local blood circulation. Keep your neck warm to avoid catching cold.
