First day after cesarean section

After a caesarean section, you can start eating after the intestinal gas is discharged. At this time, drinking some radish juice or boiled water can help restore the gastrointestinal function of the mother as soon as possible and prevent gastrointestinal bloating. After going to the toilet 8 hours after delivery, you can start to supplement some carbohydrates and amino acids to help your body recover.

The second day after cesarean section

In the morning, it is suitable to eat nutritious millet porridge or eggs with boiled water; at noon, you can eat boiled noodles or noodle soup; in the evening, you can eat white rice porridge and carrot soup.

The third day after cesarean section

You can have rice or steamed buns for breakfast, or add some fermented rice and eggs; continue to drink white rice porridge for lunch; drink jujube porridge for dinner, and it is also okay to eat some chicken greens appropriately. If you suffer from constipation, you should eat a banana soaked in hot water every day after delivery.
