What should normal menstruation be like?

1. Menstrual period: The period of vaginal bleeding is called the menstrual period. Most people's menstrual period lasts 3-5 days, but as little as 1-2 days and as much as 7-8 days is also within the normal range.

2. Menstrual cycle: From the first day of menstruation to the first day of the next menstruation is called a menstrual cycle. 5. Symptoms during menstruation: Most women have no obvious symptoms during menstruation, but a few may experience breast swelling, headache, insomnia, palpitations, lower abdominal pain, and emotional instability.
