Preparing for pregnancy is very important for people who want to get pregnant. To prepare for pregnancy healthily, you not only need healthy sperm and eggs, but also the sperm and egg need to combine together, then pass through the fallopian tubes and implant in the uterus to complete the conception process. Most people think that pregnancy can only be detected through B-ultrasound. In fact, this is not the case. As long as we know some of the circumstances, we can determine whether we are pregnant. 1. Increased body temperature. Our normal body temperature is generally around 36 degrees, but when a woman enters the ovulation period, the body temperature will rise to approximately between 36.5 and 37 degrees. If the body temperature remains slightly higher after the ovulation period, it can be preliminarily determined that the fertilized egg has successfully implanted and you have successfully become pregnant. 2. Breast changes. After the fertilized egg successfully implants, it will cause a series of changes in the human body's hormones. The woman's breasts will become soft, accompanied by tingling and slight swelling. Sometimes the areola will become darker. The changes in the breasts vary from person to person, and each person is different. These symptoms will appear after successful conception. Pregnant mothers don’t need to worry too much at this time. When the hormones in the body gradually stabilize, these uncomfortable symptoms will gradually disappear. 3. Implantation bleeding. Under normal circumstances, there will be no bleeding when the fertilized egg implants. However, if the woman happens to be in her ovulation period during intercourse and the male sperm is relatively active, conception will be completed within 24 to 48 hours. Normally, women should not feel anything, but some women will have some red or pink blood when the fertilized egg implants. This is implantation bleeding. This symptom usually occurs about seven days after successful conception, but if bleeding occurs more than ten days later, it is very likely that menstruation has come. Under normal circumstances, after the sperm and egg combine to form a fertilized egg, it will be successfully fertilized on the 6th to 7th day after intercourse, which means that the fertilized egg has reached the uterus. After two or three days, you can use a pregnancy test to detect whether you are pregnant. |
