Is massage effective for breast hyperplasia?

The reason why many women suffer from breast hyperplasia is closely related to endocrine disorders. In addition, some women are often in a state of tension and anxiety. These negative mental factors can also lead to breast hyperplasia. People with breast hyperplasia often feel breast pain and lumps in the breasts. For these symptoms, massage can help treat them.

Can breast hyperplasia be treated through massage?

Breast hyperplasia refers to the physiological proliferation and incomplete involution of normal mammary lobules. The normal structure of the breast is disturbed and it is a pathological hyperplasia. It is neither an inflammation nor a tumor. Its incidence rate ranks first among all breast diseases. It mostly occurs in women between 30 and 50 years old, with the peak incidence being between 35 and 40 years old. In fact, in addition to conventional treatment, patients with breast hyperplasia can also perform massage at home to relieve symptoms. Here I will explain to you how to massage for breast hyperplasia.

Caressing method: The patient can sit or lie on his side to expose his chest completely. First, sprinkle some talcum powder or apply a small amount of paraffin oil on the affected breast. Then use the palms of both hands to gently massage along the breast along the milk duct toward the nipple. Do each set 50 to 100 times, and do one set each morning and evening.

Pressure method: Use the hypothenar or thenar eminence (that is, the palm) on the affected area to apply force, and gently knead the red, swollen and painful areas. If there are lumps, knead and press repeatedly until the lumps become soft. You can do this method every day when you have time. Rub the lump until it becomes soft and it will gradually heal.

Pinching and holding method: You can use the five fingers of your right hand to grab the breast on the affected side and use it to knead. Grab and release, and repeat kneading 10 to 15 times. Then use your left hand to gently pinch the nipple a few times. This can help expand the milk ducts in the nipple. This method can be done once in the morning and once in the evening.

Note:

We would like to remind everyone that women who drink a bottle of yogurt every day have a lower risk of developing breast hyperplasia than those who do not drink yogurt. Therefore, everyone should drink more yogurt and eat more edible fungi, seaweed, garlic, tomatoes, oranges, etc., which also have similar effects.
