What are the solutions for localized widening of mammary ducts?

We would like to remind all women that they should take good care of their breasts, especially avoid things that are harmful to the breasts. For example, women should avoid abortions, and women who have given birth should insist on breastfeeding. These can avoid breast diseases. Otherwise, diseases such as breast hyperplasia and breast tumors can be very harmful. In addition, some women will experience localized widening of the breast ducts. How should this be solved?

What should I do if my mammary ducts are widened locally?

Breast pain and bleeding cannot determine what disease it is. Breast pain may be caused by lobular hyperplasia of the breast. Widening of the mammary ducts can lead to cystic hyperplasia of the breast, which requires observation and follow-up. However, the growth generally does not lead to bleeding.

Guidance:

Because she is still young and has breast bleeding, I think it is not a good idea. I suggest you go to the hospital for a comprehensive B-ultrasound examination, and then treat it after the condition is clarified.

One is interstitial hyperplasia, the other is ductal dilatation leading to inflammatory changes, the two are different in nature. What happens is different so there is no connection between the treatments. The onset of mammary duct dilatation can be roughly divided into three stages: the acute stage is characterized by breast swelling, pain, redness and nodules, and there may be nipple discharge. This is most easily confused with acute mastitis, and some are misdiagnosed as inflammatory breast cancer; in the subacute stage, the breast redness and swelling subside, leaving behind a nodule or lump; in the chronic stage, the lump in the breast may adhere to the surface skin, the lump is painless, and the nipple may retract. This type is most easily misdiagnosed as breast cancer. Therefore, it is recommended to go to the hospital for a thorough check-up to avoid misdiagnosis. Because mammary duct ectasia is a benign breast disease, most cases are treated surgically after diagnosis, depending on the stage.

It is recommended to take the Chinese medicine Xiaojindan or Xiaoyaosan orally to relieve the symptoms. Usually, you should prevent obesity, eat less fried food, animal fat, sweets and too much tonic food, eat more vegetables and fruits, and eat more whole grains. Being less angry and keeping your emotions stable will help you recover early.

If localized dilatation of the mammary ducts is found, this may be a manifestation of breast hyperplasia. If it is simply mammary duct dilatation without other space-occupying lesions, there is no need to worry. The dilatation of the mammary ducts can be greatly improved by taking medication to treat breast hyperplasia.
