4) Contraction exercise

Lie flat on your back, slowly insert a finger into the vagina and then clamp it. Don't be nervous. Inhale while clamping your finger. You can feel the feeling of your finger being wrapped. Then relax and breathe. Repeat several times, keeping the tension and relaxation time at about 3 seconds each time.

Effect: Concentrate your attention and feel the process of each contraction and expansion. The contraction time of daily training can be extended appropriately, and after a few weeks it can be extended to about ten seconds. It can effectively improve the contraction ability of the vagina.

5) Walking
