Signs of thin endometrium

Signs of thin endometrium

The criterion for identifying thin endometrium is whether the woman's uterine wall is less than 8mm. If it is less than 8mm, it can be judged as thin endometrium. There are two main reasons for thin endometrium, overall reasons and partial reasons. The main reason for this is the endocrine imbalance of the whole body, and part of the reason is the damage to the endometrium. Thin endometrium mood regulation varies.

There are three main types of thin endometrium, and different types have different symptoms. The three types are:

(1) Kidney deficiency type, mostly occurs in unfertile women. The actual symptoms are late first menstruation or too little menstrual flow after the first menstruation, late appearance of sexual characteristics, insufficient estrogen metabolism after menstruation, and symptoms such as tinnitus, dizziness, leg soreness, heel pain, etc.

(2) Qi and blood deficiency type, more common in women between 30 and 40 years old. Common symptoms include scanty and dark-colored menstruation, dull pain in the lower abdomen, and dizziness. The face is sallow, the lips and tongue are pale, the skin is dry, and the complexion is poor.

(3) Blood stasis type: This type of disease often occurs in women who have undergone minimally invasive gynecological surgery or abortion. Blood stasis is retained in the uterus or qi deficiency and blood stasis occur. The uterine wall is adhered, blood flow is poor and the amount of blood is small. The blood is purple-black in color and there is stabbing pain in the lower abdomen that is resistant to pressure.

Patients with thin endometrium can improve their condition by taking appropriate measures. The key measures to solve the problem are:

1. Mental level: Maintain a relaxed and happy mood and avoid tension and anxiety. Releasing stress is one of the most effective ways to regulate your endocrine system. With a good attitude, women can not only have more physical and mental health, but also exude beautiful charm.

2. Physiological level: Pay attention to keep warm during menstruation. You can place a hot water bag on the abdomen to promote blood circulation, relieve organ spasms, and promote the discharge of menstrual blood.

3. Sports and health care: Exercise can enhance immunity and is beneficial to uterine health. Practicing yoga is the best way to maintain the uterus. Yoga fitness can dredge the blood circulation system of the female organ and regulate the secretion of male hormones.

4. Diet and health care: The diet should be light, spicy and fatty foods should be avoided, and smoking and drinking should be stopped. Eat more blood and qi nourishing foods, such as black beans, snow frog, pure honey, walnut kernels, black sesame powder, sunflower seeds, etc.
