1. Feeling listless, having no interest in anything, and feeling that nothing is meaningful;

2. You can’t concentrate on your work;

3. Poor sleep quality, sometimes sleeping too much, sometimes sleeping too little;

4. Continuous low mood and feeling uncomfortable for no reason;

5. Eating constantly or having no appetite for food;

6. Very easy to get tired, or have a persistent feeling of fatigue;

7. His mood fluctuates greatly, he is sensitive and suspicious, and he often loses his temper over trivial matters;

8. Undue disgust, feeling that you are useless and unable to see the future;

9. Feeling sad and depressed every day, or feeling empty and insecure;

10. Feeling anxious without any reason.

Psychiatrists suggest that after taking the test for prenatal depression, if you answer "yes" to four or more questions (including four) and the symptoms last for two weeks or more than three times a month, then you have mild prenatal depression. At this time, it is recommended that pregnant women choose a professor and ask the expert to help with psychological counseling so that they can recover as soon as possible.
