Uterine effusion is a relatively common gynecological disease. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is believed that this type of disease is mainly caused by spleen and kidney yang deficiency. Because the spleen is the foundation of acquired constitution and the kidney is the foundation of congenital constitution, once there is an obstruction in these two organs, it will cause a series of gynecological diseases. Therefore, it can be seen that uterine effusion is also one of the important causes of other gynecological diseases. So how to prevent and treat uterine effusion? 1The main way to find uterine effusion: It is not accidental that many people discover that they have uterine effusion. A large proportion of people discover that they have uterine effusion through color ultrasound during physical examinations. A few people find out they have uterine fluid accumulation after feeling unwell and going to the hospital for a check-up. Therefore, most of the ways to discover fluid accumulation are during health examinations. Uterine effusion, also known as intrauterine effusion, refers to the presence of inflammatory exudate in the pelvic cavity. It often occurs after the endometrium becomes inflamed, and the slightly viscous fluid exudates from the swollen cells of the endometrial tissue, which is gradually wrapped by the surrounding tissue to form a cystic mass. Uterine accumulation of fluid is less common. However, there are many causes of its onset. 2 The main causes of uterine effusion are: Uterine bleeding, endometritis, cervical adhesions, blockage, and genital malformations. Uterine effusion is mainly caused by pelvic inflammation, and its clinical manifestations include irregular menstruation, sexual dysfunction, infertility, etc. Therefore, uterine effusion must be treated systematically and scientifically as early as possible to avoid its prolongation and recurrence. 3. Does uterine effusion need treatment? Whether uterine effusion requires treatment depends on the amount of uterine effusion. Under normal circumstances, there is a small amount of fluid in the pelvic and abdominal cavity, which mainly plays the role of lubricating the surface of the organs and reducing friction between the organs, and also has a certain defensive function. In addition, during the ovulation period of each month, the follicle ruptures and the follicular fluid flows into the pelvic and abdominal cavity. At this time, an ultrasound examination will also show a small amount of fluid accumulation in the uterine rectal fossa. In addition, a small amount of menstrual blood may flow back into the abdominal cavity during menstruation, which may also cause a small amount of pelvic fluid accumulation. A small amount of fluid accumulation in the rectouterine fossa is a normal physiological phenomenon and there is no need to worry too much. First consider whether the ultrasound examination was done during the menstrual period or ovulation period, and recheck if necessary. Generally, physiological pelvic effusion can be absorbed by itself and does not require treatment. Do not blindly take antibiotics or certain Chinese patent medicines for clearing heat and removing dampness, so as to avoid the abuse of antibiotics or drugs. |
