1. Uterus:

2. Fallopian tube:

Diseases such as fallopian tube obstruction, fallopian tube occlusion, and fallopian tube inflammation may hinder the meeting of sperm and egg, resulting in the inability to form a fertilized egg and causing infertility. This is also the most common cause of female infertility.

3. Ovaries :

Factors that affect the development of follicles or egg release, such as the failure of ovulation, the failure of ovulation to rupture, and ovarian dysfunction, can cause infertility.
