What should girls do if they have sweaty feet? This is the effective method!

For female friends, athlete's foot is an extremely unbearable skin disease, and people tend to stay away from it. In order to stay away from this distress, patients can wash their feet with salt and ginger water, boiled soybean water, boiled white radish water, pepper and salt water, salt water, or polygonatum vinegar water. These are very effective in removing athlete's foot.

1. Wash your feet with salt and ginger water to remove foot odor

Put an appropriate amount of salt and a few slices of ginger in hot water, heat it for a few minutes, wash your feet when it is not hot, and rub it for a few minutes. It will not only remove foot odor, but also make your feet feel relaxed and eliminate fatigue.

2. Boiled soybean water can cure athlete's foot

Crush 150 grams of soybeans and boil them in water. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes until there is 1,000 grams of water left. When the water temperature is suitable for washing feet, use it to soak your feet. You can soak for a while. It is very effective in treating athlete's foot, prevents feet from peeling, and moisturizes the skin. Generally, the effect will be seen after washing for 3 to 4 days.

3. Boiling white radish in water can remove foot odor

People with foot odor can cut half a white radish into thin slices, put it in a pot, then add appropriate amount of water, boil it over high heat for 3 minutes and then over low heat for 5 minutes. When it reaches a suitable temperature, wash your feet repeatedly. Washing several times can remove the foot odor.

4. Pepper and salt water to treat athlete’s foot

Add 10 grams of Sichuan pepper and 20 grams of salt into water and boil them for a while. When the temperature is not hot enough to burn your feet, you can soak your feet in it. Soak your feet for 20 minutes every night. After a week, your feet will be healed. The used pepper and salt water can be heated and used continuously the next day. Use with caution in patients with ulcer infection.

5. Wash your feet with salt

Wash the affected area. For those blisters that have not yet broken, you must prick them with a needle before washing and squeeze out the fluid in the blisters. It is best to squeeze out blood. Then apply a layer of salt on the affected area and gently rub it with your fingers for 1-2 minutes. If there is less salt, you can continue to apply more. The wound will scab over and heal within one day of rubbing.

6. Polygonatum sibiricum and vinegar for treating athlete’s foot

Put 250 grams of Polygonatum sibiricum in 2000 ml of vinegar and soak it for 3 days and 3 nights (without heating or adding water). Then put the affected foot into the basin and soak it for 3 hours the first time, 2 hours the second time, and 1 hour the third time. Soak for 3 nights.
