What to do for vaginal relaxation after childbirth?

Vaginal relaxation after childbirth is a common phenomenon. It is also a normal physiological phenomenon. Women should not have too much psychological pressure. As a lover, you should also understand that certain methods can be used to improve vaginal relaxation in daily life, such as increasing exercise, doing yoga, and doing pelvic floor exercises frequently. Generally, there will be great improvement after a period of time.

1. Yoga

There is a method in yoga that allows you to contract your vagina while meditating: without thinking about any problems, actively contract your vagina and you will feel it. Each contraction lasts about 3 minutes, and you should contract it about 3 or 4 times a day. In fact, you can meditate whenever you remember, but the frequency should not be too high. It takes time for the vagina to relax and recover, so remember not to be impatient!

2. Anal lifting exercise

But remember that it is not recommended to hold your bowel movements for too long at a time during the anal lifting exercise, as this can easily lead to constipation or even hemorrhoids when the fever is high after childbirth. When you feel the urge to defecate, hold your bowel movements for a while consciously and go to the toilet immediately. Otherwise, the gain will outweigh the loss. Not only will it fail to tighten the vagina, it can also easily lead to constipation or hemorrhoids, which will be more troublesome to treat later!

3. Contract your vagina while lying down

When you are lying flat on your back, and only when you are sleeping, put a finger into your vagina and contract it. If the vagina tightens around your finger, it means that your contraction of the vagina is effective. Remember this feeling and have this feeling while doing yoga meditation. You can do it for 3 or 4 minutes at a time, and do it every day. Don’t be impatient, take your time!

4. Urine-holding exercise

This method can also be used and can also contract the vagina. However, I can’t use it because of the compression of the urethra during my previous pregnancy, and I have formed a habit of going to the toilet quickly when I want to!

You should also do proper exercise after giving birth to speed up the healing of wounds, improve your own resistance, and stimulate the recovery of vaginal contractions after the body functions are restored!

A reasonable and nutritious diet can also stimulate the body to recover quickly!
