Should I take progesterone tablets before or after meals?

It is best not to eat strong alkaline food or drink strong tea before and after taking the medicine, but the impact is generally not great and you don't need to worry too much.

Warm reminder: During the medication period, you should eat a light diet, avoid eating raw, cold, greasy, spicy and stimulating foods and seafood, and quit smoking and drinking to avoid aggravating the condition. And pay attention to rest, avoid fatigue, and ensure adequate sleep and appropriate activity.
