The main causes of uterine prolapse, four factors are the culprits

Uterine prolapse often occurs in women after childbirth. The characteristics of this disease are lower back pain, vaginal discharge, urinary incontinence, etc., which cause great trouble to women's lives. What are the main causes of uterine prolapse? It is mainly because women hold their breath and exert too much force during normal delivery, or because difficult labor causes excessive stretching of the uterus. If they do not pay attention to rest and maintenance after delivery, they are likely to get sick.

The main causes of uterine prolapse

1. Inappropriate production process. During childbirth, the soft birth canal stretches excessively, and the ligaments, fascia, muscles, etc. that support the normal position of the uterus may be damaged and torn; the cervix is not fully dilated and the air is pushed downward; difficult deliveries such as dystocia, premature labor, and delayed labor can lead to damage to the pelvic floor tissues; lacerations of the levator ani muscles and perineum, and failure to suture them in time, are common causes of uterine prolapse.

Second, if the perineum is not well protected during delivery and is not repaired in time after delivery, the supporting tissue of the uterus will become loose or tear, which also creates the necessary conditions for uterine prolapse.

3. Not paying attention to health care after childbirth. If you do not pay attention to health care and recovery after delivery, the "damage" to these tissues will not recover well, which will affect the support of the uterus, and is also an important cause of uterine prolapse in the future. If you rest in bed after delivery, the uterus will easily become posterior, making the axis of the uterus consistent with the axis of the vagina. Once you exert too much force, uterine prolapse will occur.

4. New mothers have a weak constitution to begin with. Frequent coughing and constipation after delivery will increase abdominal pressure and may also cause uterine prolapse. In addition, participating in physical labor too early after childbirth, especially heavy physical labor, such as lifting heavy objects, or squatting or standing for a long time, are also the main causes of uterine prolapse after childbirth.
