What does mid uterus mean?

The position of the uterus in the pelvic cavity is generally divided into anterior uterus, median uterus and posterior uterus. In the median position, the uterus is in a relatively normal condition. Relatively speaking, the chance of pregnancy in the anterior uterus is the highest, while the chance of pregnancy in the posterior uterus is relatively small. The median uterus is in normal condition. So if it is a median uterus, there is generally no need to worry, but if it is a posterior uterus, it will easily affect conception and easily lead to symptoms such as increased leucorrhea.

Usually, women with pelvic inflammatory disease, miscarriage or long-term supine sleeping are prone to retroverted uterus, which leads to infertility. This is because the cervix of the anterior uterus points downward toward the posterior fornix of the vagina. It is located lower in the body, and semen tends to concentrate there. Therefore, after sexual intercourse, the cervix is easily soaked in semen, which is conducive to the sperm passing through the cervical opening to meet the egg and conceive.

The cervix of a posterior uterus is upturned, pointing to the anterior fornix of the vagina, so the cervix is not easily soaked by semen, especially when there is little semen or the woman urinates immediately after sexual intercourse, causing semen to flow out, which is not conducive to sperm entering the cervical opening and making conception difficult. If a woman has a retroverted uterus the position of her uterus is not corrected.

If you want to get pregnant, you can use the following two methods: First, after the couple has sex, the woman immediately changes her sleeping position and sleeps in a prone position for half an hour, so that the semen can flow to the anterior vault of the vagina.

The second is to raise the woman's buttocks during and for a period of time after sexual intercourse so that the semen is concentrated in the dome, allowing the cervix to be soaked in semen and pregnancy can occur. Women with posterior uterus may want to try these two methods. However, in order to achieve the goal of pregnancy, it is best for the woman not to urinate immediately after sexual intercourse, otherwise it will easily cause semen to flow out and affect conception.
