What causes breast pain in women? How to diagnose it?

Women's bodies are very fragile, and they are prone to gynecological diseases if they are not careful, especially women's breasts. Because of the existence of mammary glands, women's breasts are like frightened birds. Many women have experienced symptoms of breast distension and pain, but most women do not pay much attention to it, which results in the condition becoming more and more serious. So, what causes breast distension and pain in women, and how to diagnose it?

reason:

1. Mastitis: Mastitis is an acute breast inflammation caused by bacterial infection, with persistent pain and obvious tenderness.

2. Lobular hyperplasia of the breast: characterized by obvious cyclical breast pain.

3. Mammary duct ectasia: The development from lobular hyperplasia to mammary duct ectasia is called mammary adenosis, and the pain is more obvious in daily life.

4. Breast fibroids combined with breast hyperplasia: Breast fibroids are slightly painful lumps. When combined with breast hyperplasia, symptoms such as breast pain will occur.

5. Cystic hyperplasia of the breast: Cystic hyperplasia of the breast is a further development of the secondary hyperplasia of the breast. It is severely painful and is a precancerous lesion.

Diagnostic methods:

1. Clinical diagnosis by a doctor: A breast specialist will understand the physical characteristics of the body surface by touching, feeling, pressing and squeezing the breast, and make the first step of intuitive diagnosis of the lesions in the examined area.

2. Imaging diagnosis: breast color Doppler ultrasound examination + breast mammography examination.

Breast color ultrasound: The Japanese Toshiba Doppler three-dimensional color ultrasound diagnostic instrument introduced by our hospital can clearly display the morphological details, internal structure, blood flow signals, relationship with surrounding tissues, and lymph node conditions in the clavicle and axilla of breast masses, providing a basis for the discovery of micro-lesions in the breast.

Breast mammography: It has high sensitivity to tumor lesions and can detect tiny lumps that are difficult for doctors to reach clinically.

3. Puncture biopsy: For diseases that cannot be qualitatively diagnosed by imaging examinations, a puncture biopsy is required for pathological tissue examination to determine whether the lesion is benign or malignant.
