Girls right breast pain

Girls right breast pain

There are many reasons for chest pain in girls. Generally, it is swelling and pain on both sides, but some women experience pain in the right breast. The cause is of course the most concerned thing. So, what is the reason for the girl’s right breast pain?

Symptoms of pain on the right side of a woman's chest are likely to be breast hyperplasia. The incidence of this type of breast disease is relatively high, and pain is a typical characteristic. However, it is difficult to determine whether breast hyperplasia is caused by simply relying on breast pain. Therefore, we need to first understand the condition of breast hyperplasia and conduct a comprehensive analysis based on our own condition in order to determine the cause.

There are different characteristics in the non-cohort study. For single women, married women without children, and women who are not breastfeeding, their clinical symptoms are breast swelling and pain, which can affect both sides at the same time, but usually focus on one side. There is significant breast pain before menstruation, which is relieved and gradually stops after menstruation. The pain reappears before the next menstruation, and there is a focal mass feeling in all breasts, accompanied by tenderness. The clinical symptoms for women after the age of 35 are breast lumps, with relatively mild breast pain and tenderness that are unrelated to the menstrual cycle. If you touch the breast hard, you can feel lumps of varying sizes, oval or irregular shapes, and flexible materials. The boundaries are unclear, and there is no adhesion to the skin and superficial tissues, which can be promoted.

The clinical symptoms of breast hyperplasia are non-specific. Many benign and malignant breast diseases can cause breast pain and breast lumps, so diagnosis is very important. Cystoma hyperplasia may be complicated by breast tumors, including breast cancer. Therefore, the diagnosis of breast hyperplasia should first exclude benign and malignant breast tumors.

1. Create good living habits, adjust the rhythm of life, and maintain a happy mood. Keep exercising, actively participate in business activities, and avoid and reduce mental and psychological anxiety factors.

2. Learn and master the method of personal breast examination, and develop the habit of breast self-examination once a month. The best time for self-examination is after menstruation or between two menstrual periods. At this time, the breasts are relatively soft, without swelling or pain, and are prone to abnormalities. Postmenopausal women can choose to perform breast self-examination at a fixed time every month. If any abnormalities or clinical symptoms different from the past are found during self-correction and self-examination, go to the hospital outpatient clinic for medical treatment immediately.

3. Actively participate in breast cancer screening or routine breast examination once a year.
