How to treat cold hands and feet and cold uterus effectively

For female friends, if their hands and feet are cold, they should be alert to whether it is caused by uterine cold, because many women are susceptible to uterine cold. If they want to effectively regulate it, foods such as wolfberry, walnuts, longan, and jujube can achieve good results.

1. Boil soup with wolfberry , walnut, longan meat, jujube, mulberry, angelica, Millettia reticulata, ginger and chicken or mutton. The soup has the effect of warming the kidney and assisting yang, replenishing essence and nourishing blood. Eat more foods that replenish qi and warm the body, such as walnuts, dates, and peanuts, so that the innate deficiencies can be made up by the acquired high energy. There is no need to worry about getting angry. People with cold uterus constitution lack fire energy and are not prone to symptoms of fire and heat in the body.

2. Red ginger tea

Take 50 grams of brown sugar and 4 slices of peeled ginger, and cook on low heat for four to five minutes. Drink it for a few days when your period comes. I usually drink it about once a week. If you persist for a long time, the symptoms of uterine cold will be alleviated. You can also drink or decoct astragalus, jujube, or angelica in water to replenish qi and regulate blood, so that both qi and blood are abundant. This is also an effective way to expel uterine cold.

3. Wolfberry and red dates tea

20 wolfberries, 6 red dates, and 3 slices of ginger. Soak wolfberries in warm water for 2-3 minutes, and cut the red dates in the middle with a knife; put the soaked wolfberries and red dates into a clean, oil-free pot, add 800ml of water, and bring to a boil over high heat; after boiling, add ginger slices, turn to low heat, cover the pot, and simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Lamb and wolfberry soup

1000 grams of lamb leg, 50 grams of wolfberry, and appropriate seasoning. Boil the whole piece of mutton in boiling water, wash off the blood foam in cold water, and cut into pieces. When the oil in the pot is hot, add the whole piece of mutton, boil it with boiling water, stir-fry the ginger slices, add cooking wine to the pot, stir-fry, then pour in wolfberry, broth (2000 ml), salt, and green onion, bring to a boil, remove the foam, and simmer for about 1-1.5 hours. When the mutton is cooked through, remove the green onion and ginger, and add MSG. This soup has the effect of nourishing the kidneys and blood. It is suitable for deficiency of kidney yang resulting in scanty or unclear menstruation, light red or dark red color, thin menstruation, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, dizziness and tinnitus, or coldness in the lower abdomen, frequent urination at night, pale tongue, and slow pulse.
