In severe cases, general fatigue and lower abdominal discomfort may occur, the amount of leucorrhea is large and purulent or serous. The outflow of leucorrhea irritates the urethra, and frequent urination and painful urination may occur.

A large amount of abnormal vaginal discharge is caused by the redness and swelling of the cervix, which produces a large amount of abnormal secretions that flow into the vagina.
