What are the symptoms of acute adnexitis?

Acute adnexitis is also a gynecological inflammatory problem, which often causes fever, abdominal pain or vomiting, constipation, bloating and other symptoms. Therefore, for women, it is important to take this symptom seriously and go to the hospital for examination and diagnosis.

1. General condition: acute illness appearance, facial flushing, general condition is good. The pulse rate does not exceed 100 beats/min. If the disease progresses and purulent lesions are present, the general condition deteriorates, the patient becomes weak and fatigued, the pulse rate is >100 beats/min, there is sweating, and the complexion becomes yellow.

2. Symptoms: High fever (39-40°C) occurs when the disease occurs, and there may be chills or shivering, followed by irregular remittent fever. If the inflammatory lesions are isolated due to adhesions, the body temperature can drop quickly; if the high fever drops once and then rises again, it indicates that the inflammation has spread or purulent lesions have occurred. The pulse rate acceleration is proportional to the body temperature. If the two are disproportionate, the inflammation may be widespread.

3. Abdominal pain symptoms: Initially limited to lower abdominal pain, mostly bilateral, with little vomiting. Different from the migratory pain of appendicitis. In addition, abdominal pain worsens during bowel movements, sometimes accompanied by urinary pain, and constipation and abdominal distension often occur. Mucus in the stool is the result of inflammatory irritation of the colon wall.

If adnexitis is not treated in time, it will cause great physical harm. Increased body temperature or blood pressure are common symptoms. Experts point out that women will have more obvious symptoms when suffering from this disease. Once there are symptoms of the disease, everyone must actively go to a regular hospital to treat the disease.
