What causes leucorrhea and low back pain?

If there is excessive vaginal discharge or it is accompanied by lower back pain, women need to pay attention to whether it is caused by some gynecological diseases, such as uterine leiomyoma or uterine prolapse, which may cause these symptoms, so women need to pay attention.

1. When women experience increased vaginal discharge and lower back pain, they should be highly alert to whether they have genital tract inflammation. For example, the man's nails are too long and may harbor dirt; one or both parties do not pay attention to cleaning the lower body before intercourse, especially the man has poor hygiene habits; the man suffers from phimosis or foreskin is too long, and is lazy to urinate and clean after intercourse, etc., which are all important reasons for abnormal leucorrhea in women.

2. Gynecological experts will answer for you. The reasons why leucorrhea is accompanied by low back pain include: uterine leiomyoma causes increased leucorrhea, low back pain, lower abdominal distension, abdominal pain, shortened menstrual cycle, heavy menstrual flow, and prolonged menstruation. Irregular vaginal bleeding; abdominal distension, a mass felt in the lower abdomen, or frequent urination (prostate disease), constipation, difficulty in defecation, and infertility.

3. When uterine leiomyoma and cervical erosion (cervical erosion) occur, the amount of leucorrhea is large, milky white mucous or light yellow purulent, occasionally mixed with a small amount of blood, lumbar pain, pelvic pain, which can cause infertility. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is characterized by increased leucorrhea, increased or irregular menstrual cycles, lower abdominal distension and pain, and lumbar and sacral pain, which are often aggravated by fatigue, after exercise, and before and after menstruation. Sometimes there is low fever, fatigue or lack of energy, general discomfort, and insomnia.

4. When the uterus prolapses, the amount of leucorrhea increases and lumps come out of the vaginal opening. The lumps can become smaller or disappear after lying down to rest. In severe cases, the lumps cannot shrink even after rest, and are accompanied by lumbar pain and a feeling of falling in the lumbar region.
