What foods should I eat for premature ovarian failure?

Premature ovarian failure cannot be treated with medication blindly to avoid other adverse effects, but some medicated foods can help regulate health, such as stewing pig's trotters with Ganoderma lucidum, or Erxian mutton soup, which are not only delicious, but also good for regulating and maintaining the ovaries.

1. Ganoderma lucidum stewed pig's trotters

To prevent and treat premature ovarian failure and skin wrinkles: take 15 grams of Ganoderma lucidum, 1 pig's trotter, cooking wine, salt, MSG, scallion segments, ginger slices, lard, etc. Wash and remove the hair from the pig's trotters. 3. Pork loin porridge
