2. Prevent and treat osteoporosis.

When women enter menopause, the number of people suffering from osteoporosis will increase significantly. This is mainly due to the decrease in estrogen, which greatly increases bone absorption and causes a continuous decrease in bone mass, leading to osteoporosis. Often, back pain is caused by osteoporosis.

Maintenance methods for 45-year-old women: In order to prevent osteoporosis, it is best to drink a glass of milk every day, sunbathe for about 10 minutes, exercise more, and do not smoke or drink.

3. Prevent cardiovascular diseases.

Women in menopause are more likely to suffer from heart disease than men of the same age because their estrogen can help them increase good cholesterol, eliminate bad cholesterol, reduce blood fat deposits in the body, avoid atherosclerosis, and make our blood vessels strong and unobstructed. However, when women enter menopause, their estrogen levels decrease, which increases the risk of cardiovascular disease.
