1. Lentils

It is mostly eaten in summer and autumn. It can have a certain therapeutic effect on symptoms such as loss of appetite, diarrhea, vomiting, and leucorrhea in women caused by weak spleen and stomach. Diabetic patients often feel dry mouth and tongue due to weak spleen and stomach, so it is best for them to eat more lentils. 4. Peas

5. Crystal Peach:

500 grams each of walnut kernels and persimmon cakes. Steam the walnut kernels in a pot, take them out and put them in a porcelain container, then put the persimmon cakes in the upper steamer and steam them thoroughly so that they are integrated.
