[Medical Encyclopedia] What medicine is good for stomach pain, stomach acid, and bloating?

Stomach pain, stomach acid and bloating are all common symptoms of stomach problems in life. Patients usually take medication to relieve the symptoms. So the question is, what specific medicine should be taken for stomach pain, stomach acid and bloating?

1. Poor appetite and easy fullness: take multi-enzyme tablets

This is a symptom of insufficient secretion of digestive juices. Patients need to supplement some digestive enzymes, such as pepsin, pancreatic enzymes, etc. Currently, the multi-enzyme tablets and compound digestive enzymes (Daji) commonly used in clinical practice are compound preparations of multiple digestive enzymes. Multienzyme tablets have an enteric film coating and are more effective when swallowed whole.

2. Take metoclopramide for stomach bloating and pain

Feeling full as soon as you eat, feeling bloated, nauseous, burping, and often constipated after a meal are probably caused by insufficient gastrointestinal motility. At this time, you need to take drugs that can increase gastrointestinal motility, such as domperidone (Metoclopramide), mosapride, etc. It is best to take them 15 to 30 minutes before meals so that the therapeutic effect can be fully exerted during meals. But please note that pregnant women and infants under one year old should not use metoclopramide.

3. Take Daxi for heartburn and stomachache

Eating too spicy food will stimulate the secretion of gastric acid, causing heartburn, heartburn, pain, etc. At this time, it is best to choose drugs that can neutralize gastric acid, such as aluminum carbonate magnesium (Daxi), calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, etc. The time of taking this type of medicine is relatively flexible. It can be taken before or after meals (1 to 2 hours) and before going to bed. It can also be taken when heartburn or stomach pain occurs.

4. Take belladonna tablets for stomachache and vomiting

Unhygienic diet, hot or cold stimulation, anger and tension can cause stomach cramps, which manifest as upper abdominal cramps and sometimes vomiting. Belladonna tablets can be taken to relieve stomach cramps. If you can't buy belladonna tablets, you can also take compound preparations such as Weishuping and Starshu. In addition to containing belladonna ingredients, they also have the function of neutralizing stomach acid.
