Don’t be afraid of dizziness, just press these acupoints!

Dizziness is a very common phenomenon in life. The main symptoms are black spots in front of the eyes and loss of consciousness. Some people may also experience nausea and vomiting. Dizziness can be serious or minor, so it is important to take it seriously and receive timely treatment. Acupoint therapy can help effectively relieve the symptoms of vertigo. Which acupoints can be massaged?

1. Press and rub the Baihui acupoint

Location: The intersection of the line connecting the two ear tips and the anterior-posterior midline at the back of the head.

Massage method: The person being massaged lies on his back, and the massager sits behind his head. Use the thumb to push and rub the Yintang acupoint from the nose to the forehead for about 2 minutes. It is best if a local soreness and swelling sensation is felt.

3. Press and rub the Yifeng point

Location: In the depression below the ear, behind the earlobe.

Massage method: The person being massaged lies on his back or sits, and the massager presses on the left and right Yifeng points with the thumbs or middle fingers of both hands, and massages in a clockwise direction for about 2 minutes, and then in a counterclockwise direction for about 2 minutes. It is best to feel local soreness and swelling.

4. Press and rub the head and yin

Location: On both sides of the head, above and behind the high bone behind the ears.
