1. What are the causes of oral ulcers?

2. What to do if oral ulcers recur?

2. Keep a good mood, be optimistic and cheerful, and avoid being anxious.

3. Ensure adequate sleep time and avoid excessive fatigue.

4. Regularly clean your teeth and have regular oral examinations to identify problems and cure them as soon as possible

5. Oral ulcers are also considered a sign of physical weakness, so you should increase exercise and improve your physical condition.

6. Eat at least 500g of vegetables and fruits every day to supplement the lack of vitamins!

7. Correct bad habits such as biting lips, cheeks, and tongue, remove remaining teeth, or replace inappropriate dentures.

8. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to cleanse the intestines and stomach, prevent constipation, and help the recovery of oral ulcers.
